Brand Name letter for Gerber Stencil Machine Solicitation #FA8125-16-Q-0095 SOLICITATION NOTICE: The government intends to procure (1) One Gerber Technology EnVision Series Model 750 Stencil Machine. Please see the attached Brand Name only letter. The successful offerer must submit the completed SF 1449 no later than 1:00pm CDST on Monday October 31, 2016. Submit all representation and certifications not available online (SAM) and all documentation and information as detailed in the solicitation provision 52.212-2. When returning this form, please complete: 1. Company Information (Name and addess) and CAGE Code in Block 17a. 2. Please wet sign, put the name and title of signer, and the date signed in blocks 30a.,30b., and 30c. 3.
