Description

Synopsis: The Department of Veterans Affairs, James J. Peter VA Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 intends to solicit proposals to enter into a firm fixed price contract for a Full Service contract including preventive maintenance and repairs on government owned Cardio/Angiography Fluoroscopy Siemens Coroskop system (Model #117068) located at the New York Harbor Healthcare System, Brooklyn campus 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209. The contractor shall be responsible for troubleshooting, calibration/adjustment, cleaning and lubricating and replacement of worn or defective parts. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of these required services. The preventive maintenance shall be in accordance with OEM. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 811219 (Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) and the standard size is $20.5 Million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J (Maintenance, repair & rebuilding of equipment). Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing (email or fax) and must be received not later than October 24, 2016 at 10:00AM. Email: charnell.cunningham@va.gov and Fax: 718-741-4722. Interested parties MUST provide company/individual name, a capability statement, examples of same or similar work performed at other facilities, DUNS number and address, point of contact and social-economic. Interested parties who do not submit the above information on or before the response due date and time may not be considered for this procurement. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, women owned small business, HUB Zone, 8(a), small business or large business), relative to NAICS 811219. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced separately and all parties must respond to that solicitation announcement.
