N00164-17-R-JN41 -.50 CALIBER REDUCED RANGE AMMUNITION - FSC 1305 - NAICS 332992 Anticipated Issue Date 22 SEP 2016 - Anticipated Closing Date: 21 NOV 2016 - Time 02:00 PM EDT This was originally synopsized as N00164-16-R-JN41. Due to fiscal year changes, it is now being solicited as N00164-17-R-JN41. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to award a fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five year ordering period for.50 Caliber Reduced Range Ammunition, including Ball and Tracer rounds. It is anticipated that this requirement will be a Full and Open competition. This requirement will be procured utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 procedures. Anticipated IDIQ Contract Minimum Dollar Value is $150,000 and the Anticipated IDIQ Contract Maximum Dollar Value is $47,000,000.00. The required delivery schedule is expected to be 210 days after receipt of order. The production rate on each Delivery Order will not exceed 220,000 rounds per month. The required ammunition being solicited shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Performance Specifications, and Contract Data Requirements list (CDRL's) which will be issued with the solicitation. Product samples of both the Ball and Tracer rounds will be required and will be evaluated against the performance specifications identified in the solicitation. It is anticipated that 100 Ball rounds and 100 Tracer rounds will be required as product samples. The Government intends to award to the offeror that represents the best value to the Government considering technical, past performance, and price. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at origin with delivery F.O.B. Destination to NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. The applicable NAICS Classification is 332992 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. To be eligible for award, contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) via https://www.sam.gov. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 (1-334-206-7828 for international calls) or via the internet at https://www.acquisition.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective contractors shall also complete electronic annual representations and certifications at ORCA accessed via https://www.acquisition.gov in conjunction with required registration in the SAM database. In order to access the attachment technical data package, contractors must be registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP). Information about the JCP is located at http://www.dlis.dla.mil. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Interested sources must download from the www site listed.
