- \W911SA-17-Q-0002 Solicitation Amendment 1 **UPDATE FOR 17 OCTOBER 2016** Solicitation Amendment #1 has been posted to FedBizOpps. The purpose of this amendment is to update the Wage Determination for this requirement. This amendment also extends the quote due date and time. Contractors are required to return one signed copy of this amendment with their quote. Visit www.fbo.gov to see the solicitation amendment. __________________________________________ SOLICITATOIN W911SA-17-Q-0002 HAS BEEN POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS. Visit www.fbo.gov to see the solicitation and associated documents in full. A site visit scheduled for September 15, 2016 at 10:00AM local time. The location of the site visit is 474 Fond Du Lac Avenue in Fond Du Lac, WI 54935. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than SEPTEMBER 20, 2016 at 10:00AM (CST); in order to ensure a timely response is provided by the solicitation closing date. The period of performance is 01 November 2016 through 31 October 2017 with four (4), one-year options. This procurement is Set Aside as 100% Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) under the NAICS Code 561720 with a size standard of $18.0 Million. __________________________________________ Solicitation W911SA-17-Q-0002 is expected to be posted on or near 30 August 2016. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged. Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Solicitation for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Custodial Services at Facility WI014 located in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin; in accordance with the performance work statement, task and frequency charts, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement.
