- SYNOPSIS: VALVE,FLOAT,VENT; END ITEM: AIRCRAFT, B-52 STRATOFORTRESS Solicitation for NSN: 2915-00-591-3259, 64667374. DELIVERY SCHEDULE 360 DAYS ARO FOR PRODUCTION QUANTITY AND 360 DAYS ARO FOR FAT DELIVERY. This NSN is a non-commercial item that contains requirements for higher level quality and configuration control. This is a Critical Application Item. This is an Air Force Critical Safety Item. A Government First Article Test (1 sample) applies. NAICS is 336412. This NSN is restricted to the following manufacturing sources: Texas Aerospace (CAGE 29242) in accordance with part number 35-9891-509, Boeing (CAGE 81205) in accordance with part number 35-9891-509, United Dynamics (CAGE 0XWR4) in accordance with part number 35-9891-509, Thomas Instrument (CAGE 5H860) in accordance with part number 35-9891-509. The FOB point is Origin; Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin. This is a request for proposal for a Definite Quantity Contract. Solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside. Specifications, Plans, or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing. Request for a written proposal, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4165. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
