- The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to competitively award a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under FTSS IV Lot 1for Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS), Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS), and Training System Management (TSM) in support of Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, FL, NAS Whidbey Island, WA, and Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, HI. The period of performance is 60 months, inclusive of two (2) month mobilization and one (1) 12 month base year with three (3) twelve (12) month options and one (1) ten (10) month option. Start of contractor performance will be 01 August 2017. A list of FTSS IV Lot 1 Points of Contact is included with this notice for possible subcontracting opportunities.
