- GSA is posting this Sources Sought to determine sources of supply for Vital Sign Simulator (Pro SIM 8). The reference to Pro SIM 8 is only a reference as GSA seeks this item or an "Or Equal" product. For this sources sought, "Or Equal" means the product must meet the salient characteristics listed below. GSA is seeking VOSB or SDVOSB sources. (E.g. ability to run ecg, NiBP, and SpO2. • Full range of SpO2 values, settable in increments of 1% and 1 bpm with the ability to add additional makes, models, and R-curves. • Allows for custom presets of combinations of parameters. • Record test results (Pass/Fail) for any simulation setting. • Ability to be incorporated into automated test sequences and remotely controlled • Single, rechargeable, Lithium-ion, easily-replaceable battery with 9-hour Life • Optional PC-interface software offering customizable procedures/checklists and automated data capture/storage • Barcode scanning and direct data capture and printing functionality. • ECG simulations include: 36 arrhythmias, NSR's, paced arrhythmias, ACLS waveforms, performance waveforms. • Internal pressure source (20-400 mmHg) for leak/over-pressure/manometer and other testing. • SpO2 simulation range of 30-100% in 1% increments and heart rate of 30-300 bpm in 1 bpm increments. • NIBP simulation range from 35/15 to 255/195, with increments of 1 mmHg for systolic and diastolic pressure. • Wireless communication for remote PC control of test device, as well as data transfer and automated regulatory reporting. • No heavier than 17 lbs • All required functions should be incorporated into a single device with attached modules as needed for SpO2. • 1 year warranty. • Option to extend warranty after that one year ***This is only a sources sought please do not provide pricing, GSA is only seeking sources*** If you have any questions please email at the above email address
