- The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Research and Development (ORD), National Center for Environmental Assessment (NCEA), located in Cincinnati, OH intends purchase eight (8) grams of Sodium Sulfate Chemicals. The instrument will be used in the NCEA/NERL sulfate physiology project. This acquisition will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 12 ¿ Commercial Item Procedures and will be solicited for full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 325180. The size standard for this code is 500 employees. THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. The requirements are as follows ¿ Sodium Sulfate - 34S, 90 ATOM percent 34S, 98 percent CP non hazardous. The anticipated date for release of the Solicitation RFQ-OH-17-00003 is November 4, 2016. Responses must be submitted through fedconnect not later than November 16, 2016 in order to be considered by EPA. Anticipated award date shall be November 22, 2016.
