- The locations of service is at the Major Holleder United States Army Reserve Center (NY070)/Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) located at 76 Branch Maintenance Activity (BMA), 515 Ridge Road, Webster, New York 14580-1789. The solicitation number will be W15QKN-17-R-1003, which will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract with a 12 month base period; plus four 12 month option periods. This acquisition is set aside totally for small business. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561790; size standard of $7.5 million. Prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84.
