- This is a Notice of Intent to Increase the Ceiling of Contract N66001-15-C-4051 awarded on behalf of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency Microsystems Technology Office (DARPA MTO) to Jariet Technologies on 27 August 2015 for a performance period of 21 months. The effort under the contract entitled Ultra- High-Speed Heterogeneous Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) Building Blocks is in support of DARPA MTO and involves development and demonstration of a flexible, multi-function, high-performance heterogeneous ADC front-end integration, that will enable direct sampling at Ka-band and above, with scalability to future technology nodes. Under this additional effort, the contractor shall fabricate the ADC designed on the Mosis 9HP SiGE multi-project wafer run within the base period and test the chip and verify its performance with simulation. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541712 Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Biotechnology). Due to the nature of Research and Development efforts, DARPA MTO could not have reasonably estimated the results and/or need for additional research under this program. This action includes a ceiling increase of approximately $160,000. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes, however, interested parties may submit comments in writing to the Contract Specialist, Mrs. Lynn Biedermann, Code 22530, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific who may be reached by telephone at (619) 553-4479 or via email to lynn.biedermann@navy.mil. This notice will be posted for 15 days. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
