(ABOA): 21,956 Space Type: Office ( 20,910 ABOA square feet) Parking Spaces (Total): 3 reserved spaces for Government vehicles Parking Spaces (Reserved): Three (3) parking spaces for Government vehicles Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Soft Term: 5 years Option 1 Term: N/A Option 2 Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space must be located in prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and / or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Subleases are not acceptable. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet or be capable of meeting Government requirements for Security, Fire Life Safety, and Handicapped Accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. NOTE: The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
