Description

Justification and Approval 2 Justification and Approval 1 This notice is posted In Accordance with FAR 6.305 (a). The agency shall make publicly available the justification required by 6.303-1 as required by 10 U.S.C. 2304(1) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(f). Except for the circumstances in paragraphs (b) and (c) of this section, the justification shall be made publicly available within 14 days after contract award. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communication Equipment Manufacturing. The standard Industry Code for this procurement is 1711. The small business size standard for this procurement, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $14Million. The 9th Contracting Squadron, located at Beale AFB procured Brand name radios. The justification letters are attached to this notice.
