(ABOA): 10,064 ANSI/BOMA square feet Space Type: Office/Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 29 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 29 Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 20 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: * Prefer entire space on ground floor. * An additional 35,000 square feet of wareyard space located contiguous to office/warehouse is required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
