- AMENDMENT 10: THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENMEND IS TO NOTIFY INTERESTED OFFERORS OF THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT MESSAGE: The Government intends to Amend the soliciation by COB tomorrow. The amendment to the solication will include the following key changes / corrections: (1) CLARIFY THAT PROPOSALS MUST BE 508 COMPLIANT (THE PROPOSAL IN ITS ENTIRETY) (2) PAST PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRES WILL NOT BE REQUIRED UNDER SECTION L AND SECTION M. (3) PRICING TEMPLATES FOR THE IDIQ AND THE CDE SAMPLE TASK ORDER WILL INCLUDED IN THE AMENDED SOLICITATION (4) PROPOSALS WILL BE SUBMITTED IN TWO VOLUMES (NOT THREE) AS ORIGINALLY STATED IN THE SOLICITATION (5) OFFEROR CODES WILL BE DISTRIBUTED ON THRURSDAY, OCTOBER 20. AMENDMENT 9: The purpose of this amendment is to post the following documents: (1) Round 2 Q&A (2) Revised Solicitation Document Please also be advised, as noted in the body of the SF 1449, that the soliciation will be updated on Monday, October 17, 2016 to provide Pricing Worksheets for the IDIQ and the Sample Task Order. Please refer to amendment 8 for revised proposal due dates and offeror code distribution. AMENDMENT 8 CORRECTION TO AMENDMENT 7 (1) Round 2 Q&A and revised solicitation will be posted tomorrow (2) Due date for proposals is 10:00AM EST, Tuesday November 1st. (3) Offeor Codes will be provided to vendors NLT 5:00PM Tuesday, October 18th. AMENDMENT 7 THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO NOTIFY INTERESTED OFFERORS OF THE FOLLOWING: (1) Round 2 Questions and Answers and Revised Solicitatoin will be posted by COB tomorrow (2) The Due Date for Proposals is extended to 10:00AM EST, Wednesday, November 23rd. (3) Offeror Codes will be provided, via email, to interested Offerors NLT October 31, 2017. AMENDMENT 6 THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO PROVIDE OFFERORS WIHT A TEMPLATE (MICROSOFT WORD) THAT SHALL BE USED WHEN SUBMITTING QUESTIONS / COMMENTS. USE OF THIS TEMPLATE IS MANDATORY. PAGE 1 OF THE TEMPLATE CONTAINS SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR ITS USE. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS IN ANY OTHER FORMAT. The due date for for questions remains the same as specified in Amendment 5 (12:00PM EST, Septemer 19, 2016). AMENDMENT 5 The purpose of Amendment 5 is four-fold: (1) Post Round 1 Quesitons and Answers and Revised Solicitation Document. (2) Provide interested offerors a second round of Q&A. The due date for questions is 12:00PM EST September 19, 2016. (3) Extend the due date for proposals to 10:00AM EST Thursday October 27, 2016. (4) Notify interested offeors that Offeror Codes will be sent to interested parties on or about October 5, 2016. AMENDMENT 4 The purpose of Amendment 4 is three-fold: (1) To notify interested offerors that DOL answers to industry quesitons will be posted via an amendment to the solicitation on or about September 1, 2016. (2) Revise the due dates for proposals to 10:00AM, Wednesday, October 19, 2016. (3) Notify interested offerors that Offeror Codes will be sent to interested parties on or about October 5, 2016. Please Note The Following: ***Interested parties who have not yet requested offeror codes may continue to submit requests through October 10, 2016. ***Interested parties who have submitted offeror codes do not need to submit second requests or send follow-up emails regarding these requests. ***Offerors shall monitor FBO to obtain information as to any changes in these due dates. The Government requests that offerors not send email inquiries to our office requesting information as to updates to this solicitation. AMENDMENT 3 The purpose of Amendment 3 to RFP DOL-OPS-16-R-00022 is three-fold: (1) Notify interested offerros that DOL answers to industry questions will be posted via an amendment to the soliciation on or about Friday, August 12, 2016. (2) Revise the due date for proposals to 10:00AM EST, Wednesday, October 05, 2016. (3) Notify interested offerors that Offeror Codes will be sent to interested parties no later than Wednesday, August 31, 2016. AMENDMENT 2 Correction to Solicitation Number Typo (00022) AMENDMENT 1 The purpose of Amendment 1 to RFP DOL-OPS-16-R-00022 is three-fold: (1) To notify interested offerors that (industry) Questions and (DOL) Answers regarding this solicitation will be posted via an amendment (in FBO) on or abo ut Friday, August 5, 2016. (2) To extend the due date for Proposals to 10:00AM EST, Monday, September 12, 2016. (3) To notify interested offerors that Offeror Codes will be sent to interested offerors email no-later than Friday, August 12, 2016.
