- Single Source Justification (Redacted) The Department of Defense Education Activity (DODEA) intends to issue a sole source modification to the existing Leadership Development Course contract# HE1254-15-F-0004 which was awarded to C2 Technologies, Inc in April 2015. The modification will add two four-hour training sessions on the topics of Global Leadership and Leading a Virtual Team to be delivered in late January 2017 in Beach, VA. Through work with DoDEA on the current contract, this vendor has gained detailed knowledge of the unique challenges that DoDEA Senior Leaders face in light of the current DoDEA restructuring and therefore are the only ones with the intimate knowledge to create additional tailored courses that reflect DoDEA's specific circumstances and challenges. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties who feel that they possess the capabilities to satisfy this requirement should submit a capability statement demonstrating their abilities to meet this requirement. The information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the DoDEA not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within discretion of the Government.
