- HSCG84-16-R-PKC001 - BOSS Kodiak Solicitation - Amend 16 Amendment 16 - HSCG84-16-R-PKC001 Amendment #16: This amendment is being issued for the following reasons: 1. To revise the due date on the SF-1449 to reflect the current RFP closing date of 20 October 2016. 2. To update the solicitation instructions, page 52, to allow for Adobe PDF copies of documents, if the vendor chooses to use them, versus using only Microsoft Word documents. The due date for written proposals of close of business, Thursday, 20 October 2016, remains unchanged.
