- Justification and Approval (J&A) PR 0064506537 NSN 1680-01-326-7010 Issue Date: August 17, 2016 Close Date: September 16, 2016 PARTS KIT, SEAT IAW SOURCE AMI INDUSTRIES INC., CAGE 31218 P/N 14200-9 Manufacture IAW Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Only Vendors who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the approved sources should bid. Requirement is a 100% unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. Electronic quotes are NOT acceptable for this solicitation. This Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a total quantity of 28 each. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. This is a Life Support Item therefore Surplus Material WILL NOT be accepted. Higher Level Quality is required Export Control Applies The required production lead-time is after receipt of order (ARO). FOB: Origin I: Origin A: Origin SPECIAL PLT TABLE: PRODUCTION LOT SAMPLE TESTING REQUIRED, GOVERNMENT TESTING Production Lot Quantity, Number of Samples is 2 ****PLT***** FOB: Origin I: Origin A: Destination Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
