This Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a total quantity of 69 packages (1PG = 4 each) Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. Progress Payments (SB) are included This is a Life Support Item therefore no surplus material will be accepted. Higher level quality is required. The required production lead-time is after receipt of order (ARO). FOB: Origin I: Origin A: Origin Government First Article Testing (FAT), Textile Testing (TMTS), and Production Lot Testing (PLT) applies REQUESTED DELIVERY SCHEDULER REQUESTED DELIVERY: DELIVER TEXTILE SAMPLE: 90 DAYS, ARO GOVERNMENT TEST/EVAL/NOTIFY: 65 DAYS, DELIVER FAT SAMPLE: 120 DAYS ARO GOVERNMENT TEST/EVAL/NOTIFY: 65 DAYS, PRODUCTION UNITS/PRODUCTION LOT TEST: 175 DAYS, PLT EVALUATION/NOTIFICATION TO CONTRACTOR: 35 DAYS SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTION UNITS: 030 DAFAA, TOTAL DELIVERY TIME: 580 DAYS ****FAT/TEXTILE/PLT***** FOB: Origin I: Origin A: Destination Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable.
