- The Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) is posting this sources sought in search of companies that can support the below requirements. This posting is intended to source vendors both small and other than small for Market Research. Please respond with your capabilities to fulfill the requirements for the listed Mentor Graphics applications: 1.0Requirements: The vendor shall provide software updates/maintenance and support for all products identified in Appendix A. All vendor products currently in use by DMEA will be evaluated annually by DMEA to determine if additional products are required or if existing products are no longer required. 1.1End of Life (EOL) Products: The contractor may determine products are EOL for business reasons at any time. Alternative products may not always be available for evaluation. Any EOL determination will not affect Customer's existing support contract. 1.2The vendor shall deliver all new products and updates to the DMEA system administrator according to current vendor delivery procedures. 1.3 The vendor shall provide telephone and electronic support services to DMEA design engineers and system administrators.
