- Twelve proposals were received. Award was made to the lowest priced technically acceptable quote in accordance with Section 5 "Evaluation Factors for Award" of the solicitation. Also, in accordance with Section 5 "Evaluation Factors for Award" of the solicitation, the Contracting Officer evaluated all offers to determine the Lowest Priced offer. Only that offer was evaluated for Technical Acceptability. Should the apparent lowest priced offer not be found Technically Acceptable, the next lowest priced offer will be evaluated for its Technical Acceptability. Award was made to the first proposal found to be Technically Acceptable and the remaining offers were not evaluated for Technicall Acceptability. FEEA Childcare Services was the lowest priced offer and it was found to be technically acceptable. No other technical proposals were evaluated.
