- Load Cells SOW Load Cell and Indicators SSC The Naval Air Systems (NAVAIR) Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) program has a requirement to procure Load Cells and Load Cell Indicators, meeting the specifications in the Statement of Work. These Load Cells are used to verify the correct operation of test instruments such as, but not limited to, aircraft scales, universal testing machines and laboratory balances. Load Cell Indicators display a voltage generated by a transducer in a Load Cell so an operator can clearly determine the amount of force applied to the Load Cell. NOTE: Only information provided in the written Capability Statement shall be considered. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
