- MAP/ AD GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Texas City:El Paso Delineated Area:North: Beginning at the intersection of Airway Blvd and Montana Blvd. Head East on Montana Blvd for approximately 8 miles East: Turn right on to George Dieter Dr and head South for approximately 6 miles South: Turn right on to Gateway Blvd East West: In approximately 8 miles, turn right on to Airway Blvd (see attached map) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):13,416 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):13,416 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):0 Parking Spaces (Surface):N/A Parking Spaces (Structured):N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:180 Months Firm Term:60 Months Option Term:No Additional Requirements:Space preferred to be contained in one contiguous block, loading dock Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of interest must include name, address, and telephone number of the individual to be contacted, and evidence of authority to represent the owner. Also include the following: • •Building name and address and location of the available space within the building •Rentable Square Feet (RSF) available and expected rental rate per RSF, fully serviced •ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any •Date of space availability •Building ownership information •Amount of parking available on-site and its cost.
