- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Texas City:Fort Worth Delineated Area:West: Beginning at the Intersection of I30 and 820. Head North on 820 for approximately 8 miles and veer right to merge with TX121/TX183. North: Keep right and head East on TX121/TX183 and then North to continue on TX121. Veer right on to 114 and continue for approximately 7 miles. East: Exit President George Bush Turnpike (161) and head South for approximately 13 miles to I30. South: Exit I30 and head West to 820, approximately 11 miles (see attached map) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):13,290 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):13,290 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):0 Parking Spaces (Surface):N/A Parking Spaces (Structured):N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:180 Months Firm Term:60 Months Option Term:No Additional Requirements:Space must be contained in one contiguous block, 1st floor preferred, loading dock Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of interest must include name, address, and telephone number of the individual to be contacted, and evidence of authority to represent the owner. Also include the following: •Building name and address and location of the available space within the building •Rentable Square Feet (RSF) available and expected rental rate per RSF, fully serviced •ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any •Date of space availability •Building ownership information •Amount of parking available on-site and its cost.
