- Temporary Housing Site East Baton Rouge Parish, Group Site Baker Groom DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Construct a community group site containing pads and utility hook ups for manufactured housing units (MHUs) as specified in the specifications. Work includes, but not limited to, grading, sanitary sewer with lift station, potable water distribution, electrical distribution, culverts, aggregate base and aggregate surface, asphalt paving, chain link fence, centralized mail box structure, dumpster enclosure, bus-stop shelter and turf establishment. Perform all work in accordance with these specifications and any applicable Federal, state and local codes and regulations. Where conflicts exist between the plans/specifications and local codes and regulations, the more restrictive condition applies. Inform the Contracting Officer where conflicts between the plans/specifications and local codes or regulations exist and provide notification of any required exceptions or substitutions necessary to comply with such codes and regulations.
