- Description
- The DLA -Aviation-VICA, Industrial Plant Equipment Division, Richmond, VA, intends to procure a new Hydro-forming Press in accordance with the Purchase Description, VIBB-16-35-1010 dated August 31, 2016. The purchase will include installation, foundation, production support, technical manuals, IUID Tags and shipping. The purchase requirement will be solicited as unrestricted as to business size. FAR 52.225-5 Trade Agreements applies. The anticipated award will be made as a firm, fixed-price contract. The award shall be based on technical acceptability, price and past performance. The requested performance is 448 days after receipt of order. FOB at Destination. Inspection is at Origin with Final Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. A site visit will be performed. The dates of the site visit will be included in the Request For Proposal (RFP). This synopsis serves to meet the requirements to post solicitations as the RFP is NOT Available on DIBBS. The estimated release date of the solicitation is on or about October 27, 2016. The anticipated closing date is November 28, 2016. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation details (including the technical requirements) will NOT be available until the official solicitation is posted. The solicitation will be attached to this pre-solicitation notice only.
