- This notice was updated on October 18, 2016 to change the NAICS code from 541720 to 541690. A draft Request for Proposal for operations analysis assistance for the Department of Homeland Security's Joint Requirements Council is attached to this notice. Please note that this is only a draft document, and, as such, is subject to change before potential issuance of a final solicitation. Do not submit a proposal at this time. This draft RFP is being issued to seek feedback from industry on all aspects of the document. All comments and questions will be gratefully received and considered as part of our market research effort. Please provide feedback using the attached form to help us efficiently consolidate responses. All feedback is due no later than 5pm ET on October 24, 2016 to robin.jones@hq.dhs.gov and shelby.buford@hq.dhs.gov. Responses to anticipated questions: 1) We are not taking one on one meetings for this requirement at this time. 2) This is a new requirement without an incumbent. 3) If you do not have any comments or questions on the draft RFP but would still like to receive updates regarding posting of a final solicitation, please email robin.jones@hq.dhs.gov and request to be put on the updates list. All those submitting feedback will automatically be added to the updates list. Status updates will be sent as they become available.
