- The purpose of this modification is to add a new Statement of Work (SOW) dated 7 October 2016. Please review the new SOW as the requirement has changed. Specifically the initial number of trays required changed to 75. Please review entire SOW. Additionally, an additional set of Q & A's are posted posted to this modification. ALL PROPOSED OFFERS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF BOTH MODIFICATIONS WITH THEIR QUOTE. This can be done by adding a sentence to the quote stating I acknowledge reciept of modification 1 and 2. The solicitation has been extended until 17 October 2016. The only change to the SOW is paragraph 4.7, minimum vertical shuttle extractor speed shall not be less than 27 inches per second, previously 30 inches per second. Solicitation will close Wednesday, 19th October 2016. Please acknowledge receipt of modification 1, 2, & 3 when providing your quote for this solicitation
