- Sole Source J&A Degrees of Debt The Wisconsin National Guard has awarded a sole source contract to Wisconsin Media-USA Today Networks, to acquire advertising in coordination with 'Degrees of Debt, Wisconsin's Student Debt Crunch' series. Services to be provided include; Newspaper print advertising, Digital banner and pre-roll video advertising, and events. Wisconsin Media-USA Today Networks is going to run a series on the student debt loan crisis. The Recruiting and Retention Battalion intends to use the increased public awareness of student loan debt in Wisconsin that the series brings to light in order to highlight WIARNG's 100% tuition reimbursement to our target demographic and their parents. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 13.501(a)(2), only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the services that will satisfy the agency requirements. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511110. The Small Business size standard is 500 Employees. This is a firm fixed price contract. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice.
