- Solicitation for USPSC Personal Service Contractor Senior Health Advisor - Health Systems and Strategic Information, USAID/Nigeria ISSUANCE DATE: October 18, 2016 DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF QUESTIONS: October 29, 2016 (16H00, Nigeria Time) CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: November 17, 2016 CLOSING TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: 16H00 (Nigeria Time) SUBJECT: Solicitation SOL 620-17-000001 for USPSC Personal Service Contractor Senior Health Advisor - Health Systems and Strategic Information, USAID/Nigeria To All Interested Applicants: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from qualified United States (US) citizens to provide personal services as described in the attachment. Submissions shall be in accordance with the attached information, and delivered to USAID/Nigeria by the time specified. Email submissions only shall be sent to Josephine Udomi, Human Resources Specialist at email: judomi@usaid.gov with a copy to abujahr@usaid.gov. by November 17, 2016 at 16:00 p.m. (Local Time). Please quote the number and position title of this solicitation on the subject line of your e-mail submission. To ensure delivery by the due date, it is recommended that applications be submitted as email attachments, if possible. Applicants should retain for their record copies of all enclosures which accompany their applications. Please note that USAID/Nigeria does not accept responsibility for delays in transmission or receipt of any application. Applications received after the closing date and time specified will not be considered. Receipt of an application in response to this solicitation does not constitute an award commitment. Additionally, it does not commit the U.S. Government to reimburse any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the application. Any submission is at the sole risk of the applicant. Any questions regarding this solicitation should be directed to Josephine Udomi, Human Resources Specialist via e-mail at judomi@usaid.gov with a copy to abujahr@usaid.gov no later than 16:00 PM (Local Nigeria time) on October 29, 2016.
