- Amendment 0003 w attachments The project consists of the construction of two rock road crossings and a water control structure. The crossings are located on an existing roadbed. The roadbed will be excavated to natural ground elevation for the length specified. The road slopes will be 10 to 1. The bottom and slopes of the crossings will be covered with geotextile, and 6 inches of rockfill. The water control structure shall be constructed of vinyl sheet piling. All areas disturbed during construction shall be seeded. The Young's Bay-TNC Wetland Reserve Program Project is located in Georgetown County, South Carolina. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The required performance time is 38 calendar days. The Request for Quotes will be issued on or about Tuesday September 27, 2016. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237990. The small business size standard is $36.5 million. The small business size standard for a concern which submits an offer in its own name, other than on a construction or service contract, but which proposes to furnish a product which it did not itself manufacture, is 500 employees. This solicitation is 100% Set Aside for Small Business.
