Description: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (DENTAL CHAIRS) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is VA244-17-Q-0031 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses (SBSA). The NAICS code is 339114 with a size standard of 750. A waiver for the Nonmanufacturers Rule has been granted by the U.S Small Business Administration for this requirement. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable. The VA Butler (HCC) has a requirement for the Dental Chairs as listed in the attached RFQ document. All items will be delivered to their facility as per Statement of Work. All communications regarding quotes, questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to Contracting Officer, Ron Kline (ronald.kline@va.gov) no later than Wednesday,10-26-16, 12 noon EST. Quotes are due by email only NLT 4 PM, EST, on Friday, October 28, 2016. Please read the entire attached solicitation.
