VISN 8 - SERVICES: Underground and Aboveground (UST/AST) Storage Tanks Inspections, Testing, Preventive Maintenance and Repair(s) This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.303, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Network Contracting Office 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, San Juan, Puerto Rico intends to issue a Request for Quotations/Offers for the services on the inspections, testing, preventive maintenance, and repair to UST/AST located at mentioned Facility, and Outpatient Clinics. This procurement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside; NAICS code is 541380, Testing Laboratories, size standard is $15.0 M. Veterans are encouraged to submit their quotations, and will be evaluated as established criteria on the Veterans First Contracting Program, and Public Law 109-461.
