SOURCES SOUGHT Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, Department of Veterans Affairs, Cleveland, Ohio is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Brand Name or Equal St. Jude Medical, Ensite Navx Patches. Schedule: 8 Boxes 100003331 Ensite Navx Patches The Contractor shall provide Ensite Navx Patches for the Ensite Velocity System. This product is considered all or none. The result of this market research will contribute in determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement in 339112. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for quotes; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary, the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide the requested items above, please provide the following information: 1) Documentation of the manufacturer; 2) Documentation and/or specification sheets for all items. Based on the responses to this Sources Sought Notice/Market Research, this requirement may be set-aside for small business or procured through full and open competition.
