The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 Contracting Office has an EMERGENCY requirement to procure SRONYX TAB, 28 (6 per PG, NDC: 51862-0545-06, 1,698 PG) for delivery to the CHARLESTON CMOP. See pricing schedule. The Product Code is 6505; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ to joetta.eagle@va.gov. Solicitation package VA770-17-Q-0016 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or around Oct 20, 2016 and will close no later than Oct 24, 2016, 10:00 am. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement reference above. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments. Delivery Requirement: 1/3 to be delivered within 5 days of award, 1/3 to be delivered within the 12 days of award, and the final 1/3 to be delivered within 19 days of award.
