Description

Questions and Answers from ECH Industry Day Amendment 0001 to Solicitation M67854-16-R-1122 Amendment 0001 to Solicitation Number M67854-16-R-1122 1) updates the Procuring Contracting Officer from Susan D'Lugos to Peggy Smith; 2) adds Industry Day Questions and Answers; 3) extends the proposal due date from 15 December 2016 to 17 Januray 2017; and 4) replaces Attachment 12, DOT&E protocol with the final signed version. The updates from the previous version of Attachment 12, DOT&E Protocol are as follows: 1) Table 1 on Page 2 added TOP 10-2-217 as a reference to the elements "Fair hit/No Test Criteria" and "Definition of Complete/Partial Penetrations"; and 2) Page 4, Point 4 of the signed protocol reads: "For RFP/BTD testing, a shot with a high velocity that is a partial penetration is valid for calculating RTP results but not valid for calculating BTD results." This was modified from the un-signed version where any high speed shot (complete or partial) was invalid.
