Description

COMPLETE AND RETURN FIRST TIME BUY SURVEY FOR CLIN 0001 BY 11/1/16. COMPLETE AND RETURN MARKET SURVEY BY 11/1/16 DLA Land and Maritime is preparing to solicit a one-time buy for the MULTIPLE NSNs (see attached market survey); ARMOR SUPPLEMENTAL; Approved Source: ARMATEC SURVIVABILITY CORP (L0782) Based on market research these items are not commercial and will be solicited using FAR Part 15. FOB Origin and Inspection Acceptance at Origin is required. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.o.b. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).
