Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ); the number is VA118-17-R-1740. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition Operations, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) telecommunication services for service delivery points in Cleveland Regional Office satellite locations at Cincinnati, Ohio. The Contractor shall provide LEC communication voice and data services to the VA Office of Information and Technology (OI&T), Region 5 site as listed in the attached product description. The period of performance is 12 months with four 12-month option period, if exercised. The attached solicitation VA118-17-R-1740 set forth and the Government s terms and conditions represent the Government s requirements that the Offeror must meet. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) for this effort is 517110. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Contract Specialist, Angel Santos, e-mail: angel.santos2@va.gov, and Contracting Officer, Robert Kately, e-mail: Robert.Kately@va.gov with the subject line as the RFP number, VA118-17-R-1740.
