- The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to award a 9-Month Bridge Contract under W91CRB-11-F-0102 to Interactive Information Solutions, Inc. (IISI), 12546 Cerromar Place, Suite 1, Fairfax, VA 22030 for continued Web and Programming Support Services. The United States Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) administers the Army Foreign Military Sales (FMS) initiative and serves as the Executive Agent for the Army Security Assistance Program. Organized as a Major Subordinate Command (MSC) under the U. S. Army Materiel Command (AMC), USASAC operates from locations in: Fort Belvoir, Virginia; New Cumberland, Pennsylvania; Huntsville, Alabama; and, Saudi Arabia. USASAC database standard runs Microsoft (MS) Structured Query Language (SQL) Windows Server in a virtualized environment. Client workstations run the Army Golden Master MS Windows configuration with standardized software throughout the command. General office automation applications include MS Outlook, the official electronic mail package, Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office 2013), OpenText, Pure Edge, Internet Explorer and Adobe products. Knowledge and experience with specialized systems that are unique to FMS include, Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Centralized Information system for International Logistics (CISIL), Security Assistance Enterprise (SAE) Common Operating Picture (COP), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) and General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). The development tools include: MS Visual Studio IDE, MS Visual Studio.NET IDE, MS Visual Modeler, MS FrontPage, MS SharePoint Designer, E-Works, PBViews, Crystal Reports, SQL Server Query Builder, and Tableau. The documentation tool includes: MS Team Services Foundation Server, Sharepoint, and FMS Document Store. In addition, the programming languages include: Visual Basic.NET, ASP (VBScript, JavaScript) ASP.NET, Visual C++, C#, Java, Transact SQL, XML, HTML, DHTML, and Business Intelligence Visual presentation tools. This bridge extension will allow time for the ACC-APG to advertise this requirement as a Small Business set aside.
