- Page 1 of 1 THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED and VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CERTIFIED (registered in VIP) which can provide the following: Automated Fecal Occult Blood Testing General Requirements: Cost per Test (CPT) contract Equipment must be compatible with existing equipment (OC-Auto Micro 80 Polymedco) All supplies, reagents, and consumables must be compatible with existing equipment (OC-Auto Micro 80 Polymedco) Field Service support and customer troubleshooting help-line to keep equipment in manufacturer's operating conditions, both preventive maintenance and emergency repairs. Training for personnel operating equipment. Approximately 475 patients/month (volume estimate) Period of Performance (POP) 3/1/17 2/28/18 Potential offerors having the capabilities necessary to provide the testing, reagents, supplies, consumables, training, and field support stated equipment are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to James Vandeventer at James.Vandeventer@va.gov no later than October 24, 2016. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company name, address, and business size; point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address; suggested equipment information including manufacturer, model and delivery schedule; whether system is presently offered on a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract. NAICS Code 334516 and Small Business Size Standard 1000 employees are applicable to determine business size standard. Any questions or concerns may also be directed to James Vandeventer via e-mail.
