Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to perform refuge collection services at Lake Mendocino, Ukiah, CA 95482. The proposed solicitation number is W912P7-17-B-0001. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, facilities, tools, materials, equipment necessary to fulfill contract obligations, in addition to providing regular weekly and/or biweekly services for each refuge container. The contractor shall make sure that the work is accomplished in accordance with the contract, all applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations, and/or written directives issued by the contracting officer. This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562111, with a Small Business Size Standard of $38,500,000.00. The contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price contract for a base year plus four one-year option to renew periods. The Invitation for Bid issue date will be on or about Novemebr 7, 2016. The date and time for receipt of bids will be on or about December 7, 2016. Faxed or Electronic bids will NOT be allowed. All documents required for the bid submittal, including amendments to the bid submittal, shall be included. Prior to submitting offers, vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) system. The System for Award Management (SAM) is a Federal Government owned and operated free web site that consolidates the capabilities in CCR, ORCA, and EPLS. All vendors must verify their information through this web site. If you were previously registered in CCR and ORCA, your organization's information is already in SAM.
