- This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 6850-01-645-1333, SILICONE COMPOUND. The requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. Manufacturers are restricted to those listed on the source-controlled drawings. The approved source is Chemax Corporation, CAGE 66968, part number A181-BK. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 124 BX (BX = 12 EA) per base year and each option years. Surge requirements do not apply. Required delivery is 52 days ARO. FOB destination; Inspection/Acceptance at origin is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs.
