Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System, Denver, CO is seeking a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractor to provide an immunology/infection disease, HIV Ag/Ab Combo 4th Generation, and infectious disease serology testing on a cost per reportable result (CPRR) basis. The equipment will be located at the Denver VA Hospital location (currently 1055 Clermont St, Denver, CO 80220). Period of performance will be January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017, with four option years. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621511 Medical Laboratories and the small business standard is $32.5 million dollars. Award can only be made to parties both registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov and also listed in the Vendor Information Pages database, (http://www.VetBiz.gov). All interested parties should register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. This action is 100 percent (100%) set aside for SDVOSBs. The solicitation will be available on October 24, 2016.
