Description

The RFQ is amended to replace Attachment 1 (Bill of Materials) with a revised document (Rev 1, see attached). Closing date of the RFQ has been changed to 4 Nov 2016. ************ The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for CAMBIUM PTP 45700 RADIO SETS in support of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The FAA contemplates award of a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order as a result of this Request for Quotation (RFQ). NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EITHER MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST. CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. This procurement is unrestricted (no set aside for small business). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334290 with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. Please see attached RFQ documents for further information. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached RFQ document(s). If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the RFQ document(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Rob LaFollette, Contracting Officer (AAQ-721), via e-mail at robert.lafollette@faa.gov or FAX number 405-954-3111. Responses are due no later than the close of business on 11 Jul 2013 and must be submitted electronically to robert.lafollette@faa.gov.
