This is a Sources Sought announcement only this is not a Request for Quote. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified vendors with special interest. There is no solicitation at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, and the Rochester Vet Center anticipate a Firm Fixed Price Contract approximately 3/1/2017 for the following services: Potential offerors capable of providing at least 1 of the following: New York Licensed Psychiatrist, Doctoral Level Psychologist, or MSW Level Psychiatric Social Worker. This provider will need to be physically located in Alleghany county New York, but provide services for Alleghany, Steuben, Livingston, Wyoming, and Cattaraugus counties. Services required are to provide readjustment counseling services that are specifically directed at social, psychological, or behavioral difficulties explicitly related to the post-war readjustment to civilian life. The appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621112 Office of Physicians (Mental Health Specialists) Interested vendors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12 Representations and Certifications, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 Systems for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Responses should address how you will meet the Government s needs according to the description below and provide a brief capability statement.
