- Attachment J1 - Price Template SF 1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number, LCCIO17Q0016, is issued as an unrestricted Request For Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-91/09-30-2016. This requirement is not set-aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 423430 - Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers. The applicable Product Service Code is 7025 - Information Technology Input/Output and Storage Devices. This solicitation includes information for the anticipated single-award purchase order. Refer to the attached document for applicable provisions and clauses, to include, Instructions to Offerors, and evaluation factors for award. Note that the Library of Congress is requesting quotes for brand name or equal items in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. Additionally, the Library incorporates deviations from 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 that are also included in the attached solicitation documents. Quotes and questions must be submitted electronically to the contract specialist, David Leonard, at dleo@loc.gov no later than the date(s) specified in the solicitation.
