- Description
- The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement to Construct barriers at Saffel Canyon OHV Trailhead. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract under the Request For Quotations format using Best Value-Tradeoffs. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code 238990 applies to this procurement for which the Small Business size standard is $15.0 Million or less. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. The solicitation package and specifications will be available on this website on or before November 8, 2016. A site visit has been planned for November 9, 2016, 1:30 p.m. at the Saffel Canyon OHV Trailhead parking lot. Offers or Responses to the solicitation may be sent by email to: wabbott@fs.fed.us The Closing Date for receipt of Offers or Responses shall be November 29, 2016, 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time (Arizona).
