The entire proposal and Operating Plan should be consistent with the Lease terms, NPS sign guidelines (insert link) and Skagway's Historic District ordinances. Submit a detailed Operating Plan, describing specifics regarding the proposed use of the property. At a minimum include: · specific information on proposed merchandise; · describe additional services and related activities; · specific layout of uses within the premises; · proposed furnishings, equipment, and signs (size, layout, positioning, etc.); · proposed schedule of operation (including seasons, months, days, and hours). This will include, but not be limited to: · How well the Operating Plan (referenced above) minimizes negative environmental factors such as crowding, noise, trash management, and odors; · How well the Operating Plan protects the historic building; · How well the Operating Plan describes enhancements to visitor use of Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park.
