- NSN 4220 - 015397252 is for LIFE PRESERVER,VEST. This is a Firm Fixed Price Procurement for 1,695 EA. This material will be Stock. All pricing will be on an FOB Origin basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be origin. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. This procurement will be Unrestricted. The "anticipated" solicitation issue date is 31 October 2016. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by DLATS.
