Description

Revised Attachment 1 - Statement of Work. The square footage has been corrected on pages 1 and 13 removing 16,000 square feet to now read 6,148 square feet. Also, Appendix A (page 12) has been revised. Pre-Bid Site Visit Sign-In Sheet Pre-Bid Site Visit Notes SF-30 - Amendment 1 The Forest Service, Southern Research Station, in the Research Triangle Park, Raleigh, NC has a requirement for Janitorial Services. The incumbent, Facility Management Corp of Windson Salem, NC was awarded this project on 1 Dec 2015 for $20,400.00. The solicitation will be posted on or about 11 October 2016. There currently are no funds for this project. It is anticipated funds will come in during or shortly after the proposals are due. Solicitation has been posted. Pre-bid site visit information and proposal due date are on the solicitaiton. Amendment 1 - Revised Attachment 1 - Statement of Work and pre-bid site visit information has been posted.
