- Notice Information Solicitation: NRCS-OH-17-01 Agency/Office: Natural Resources Conservation Service Location: Real Property Services Branch Title: United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease office space in Columbus (Franklin County), Ohio Description(s): The Natural Resources Conservation Service, USDA, currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Columbus, OH that will be expiring on 12/15/2016. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 778 rentable square feet yielding 708 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of fully serviced office space in Columbus, OH. Space offered must be within the city limits of Columbus, OH and must meet all state and local building regulations and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS). New or existing space with renovations will be considered. Space must be available for occupancy by 7. All services, supplies, utilities, and janitorial (full service lease) are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The lease term is 10 years. The lease will have a 120-day termination clause. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Expression of Interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address, or site location and approximate address (if known) 2. Location of space within building 3. Rentable square feet offered and full-service rental rate per square foot 4. List of building services provided 5. Total ANSI/BOMA usable square feet office area (ABOA) and the building common area factor 6. Amount of onsite paved parking available; parking lot must be able to accommodate pull-thru trailers and oversized vehicles 7.
